TICKET PURCHASES
Tickets are being sold by either us or third party providers. The following terms apply when the Ticket is purchased by us.

The details you provide to the Supplier through us (including, but not limited to, your name, email, and phone number) must be accurate and complete. The Supplier reserves the right to terminate the Agreement at any time if any provided information is found to be incorrect or incomplete.
No Ticket Modifications
Any modifications to a Ticket (or a voucher for a Ticket), whether digital or physical, are strictly prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to, changes to the date, time slot, venue, seat, booking number, QR code, and/or barcode of the Ticket. Any unauthorized alterations will render the Ticket invalid, and you will be denied entry to the Experience, with no right to compensation.
No Statutory Right of Withdrawal
The statutory reflection period and the right of withdrawal (as outlined in the EU Directive on distance sales) do not apply to contracts for services to be performed on a specific date or within a specified period, including Tickets offered via our website.
Cancellations, Changes, and Refunds
The Tickets provided by this website are issued in cooperation with the booking system provided by the Archaeological Resources Fund of the Ministry of Culture.
The way and conditions of providing the tickets and their functionality are necessarily determined by the terms and conditions of the Archaeological Resources Fund and the Attraction (the Supplier).
Tickets issued from this website cannot be cancelled or changed, except in the case of a proven fault of the provider.
Indicative cases in which no refund is allowed:
– You have missed the arrival/entrance time at the attraction for any reason.
– You are unable to attend on the scheduled day and time for any reason.
– Entry to the attraction is not possible for reasons related to the attraction itself (technical, legal or other) or acts of God.
– Entry to the attraction is not possible either for reasons of force majeure (i.e. strikes, fire, limited operations etc). In such a case you should contact the attraction authorities directly.
– Cases in which you missed the e-mail with your tickets, as for example went to spam folder, deleted the e-mail, you put wrong e-mail address, your e-mail server/provider did not work properly, you didn’t have access to your e-mail (lost passwords, poor internet connection etc.).
– You chose the wrong date and/or time, or wrong attraction in your order.
Indicative cases in which a change or refund is allowed if a change is not possible:
– You received tickets for dates other than those requested.
– There was no availability of tickets for the time and day you requested from the attraction, unless, because of limited availability, you have received tickets to the next available timeslot.
Use of the Ticket
Use the Tickets you purchase via us on the specified date and time, and only for yourself and those companions for whom you placed the Order. Commercial reselling of Tickets is prohibited and will render the Tickets void.
Requirements Imposed by Supplier
The Agreement may require you to be present at a specific location at a certain time, wear a particular outfit, adhere to certain hygiene standards, ensure appropriate insurance coverage (not included in the Agreement), or bring your ID. You are responsible for meeting all requirements imposed by the Supplier. Failure to do so may result in the Supplier denying you access without facilitating the cancellation of the Order, change of Tickets, or refund of the Order Amount.
FINAL PROVISIONS
Any dispute arising out of this contract will be the courts of Rhodes.
